Can I send a Text Blast without the internet?
Yes. All our platforms are designed to send text blast to any of your database. By simply opening text Associated with WebTxT account then type the keyword Assigned to your account. Then a space. Everything after the space will be sent as a text blast to the database associated with that keyword. Done. NO login no websites and no internet.
How many words can I type in the text blast area?
We allow up to 2000 characters in the text blast area. Also you can create a line break by simply typing this will drop the text to the line below. If you type
twice together This will create a blank line between texts. Also the text blast area is HTML capable. But you have to use your own code.
If I assign a user to my account, can they send a text blast or change my instant ad without me knowing? will they have access to my account info? How many users can I assign?
NO. all users if they change or update anything within the account, the owner or manager will receive an email as soon as they hit the update button. No user will have access to any account or profile info. You can assign as many users as you want. However, we only allow up to six users on any account to be able to send a text blast from their phone.
How many accounts can I hook together and control from one master account?
You may hook as many as you'd like, However, There can only be up to 6 individual phones that can be authorized to send text blasts from one master account.
How will I know how many there are in my database? How many texts I have remaining?
Everytime you send a text Blast to your database you'll receive a text telling you just how many texts were just sent. This is the number of phones in your database. We set the auto text notification when your texting platform reaches below 200 credits left.
Can anyone share my text blast (url) Link to get text discounts from my store or establishment.
NO. if someone comes in and shows the clerk or cashier the text blast link, they'd have to hit the "Redeem" button and send the text. When the text comes back, it'll say this coupon hasn't been issued. Plus If A customer has already used the same text blast link to get a second discount. When he hits the "Redeem" button and sends the text. The returned text will say this coupon hasn't been issued. .
Can I add contacts manually?
NO. All contact must opt. in from their phones or online sign up page. FCC restricts any and all contacts from being added manually.
